Why did Gordon Brown not get the PMship in the first place?

Try this conspiracy – he was earmarked for the job but because he wasn’t a ‘family man’ such as Blair….he couldn’t be a good role model for the public.

Why wasn’t he a family man?  Was he gay?  We know he likes a wee ’smoke’, so who’s to say he isn’t into swinging both ways?  After all the Lib Dems have already had the gay-rent boy saga.

And since his first born died sadly only 10 days old and his 2nd child has cystic fibrosis - is that maybe a sign from somewhere?

It wouldn’t be the first time someone has sacraficed everything they should be, for power.
